Keny and his team of professionals are the hardest working group of folks I've come across in the world of real estate. I was sent away with the military and forced to sell my home. Even though we were unable to find a buyer before I departed California Keny remained well engaged and committed to selling my house. True professionals both, they never showed ANY impatience when we fell out of escrow on a home I was trying to purchase due to a nervous lender, we simply made the necessary financial adjustments (aka a new lender), Keny negotiated a new deal with the listing agent, and we re-opened escrow on the same house one day later! (How often do you hear of that happening?). It took over 2 years of sustained effort by Keny to find us the house we wanted, due to my circumstances, I simply can't imagine any other realtor hanging in there that long! I utilized Keny's services to purchase a home in Nov 2009, listed and sold it through him in Sept 2011, and purchased another home with his help in Oct 2013.
