Keny and Cheyanne were high school sweethearts and earned their real estate licenses in 1999 and 2001 respectively at the young age of 21, driven by a desire to help others find stability, build wealth, and achieve their dreams through property ownership. What began as a young couple’s passion quickly became a shared calling one built on faith, hard work, and the belief that real estate could be a powerful way to serve others.
In 2004, they married, and together they set out to build a life and a business rooted in family values and community. From the very beginning, they worked side by side running ads, managing clients, recruiting agents, and learning every aspect of the business while raising their two children, Ella and Kannon. Their complementary strengths became the foundation of their success: Keny brought strategic vision and sales skills, while Cheyanne infused relationship building, financial knowledge, and systems for success to educate every client on their real estate needs.
Their early years were marked by massive growth and success until the market crash of 2007 hit. Practically overnight, real estate sales halted, and their family, like many others, faced financial uncertainty. At just 25 years old, with two young kids, Keny and Cheyanne were forced to make tough choices. But rather than giving up, they adapted. That season taught them resilience, discipline, and the importance of managing money wisely. It was one of the hardest chapters of their lives and one of the most defining.
Out of that challenge came opportunity. They helped hundreds of clients’ short sell, modify their mortgage loans, and save their homes while also partnering in the family business, RE/MAX All-Pro as owners. They poured their energy into growing while other agents and companies downsized and struggled. Their drive didn’t stop there, their family expanded further, purchasing and revitalizing additional RE/MAX offices in Palm Desert and San Diego, which they later sold after strengthening their operations and agent base.
Through every phase of growth, their vision remained clear: to create a business where clients were cared for, and excellence was the standard. Today, their leadership is the product of their consistency, knowledge, and experience. Leading over 75 agents across Southern California, agents and clients thrive under their guidance and the founding principles of integrity and trust.
As the broker-owner, Keny and Cheyanne have earned a reputation for deep market expertise, exceptional negotiation skills, and an ability to anticipate challenges before they arise, striving to leave a positive experience on each family they serve.
Beyond real estate, Keny and Cheyanne are devoted to giving back. Their family founded Cure-a-Child, a charitable foundation inspired by Keny’s brother, who survived leukemia at age 11 and is now an anesthesiologist. Through the foundation, they raise funds for families in the Antelope Valley who have lost a child or are caring for one who is critically ill, a mission that reflects their deep compassion and faith.
When they’re not working, you’ll find Keny and Cheyanne working out, enjoying the outdoors, going to the lake or cheering on their children’s activities. Ella and Kannon are already showing interest in real estate, a sign that the family’s passion and values will continue into the next generation.
